Team Lead - Karachi, Pakistan

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. You will be based in Karachi, Pakistan and will work on a contract basis. No prior experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise
- Monitor team progress and provide guidance or support when needed
- Communicate project updates and any issues to upper management
- Collaborate with other teams or departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement within the team and implement changes as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to the team's responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with agile methodology is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$, negotiable based on experience.
