We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Svalbard. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete based on project specifications
- Measure and mix concrete ingredients according to required ratios
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools such as trowels, rakes, and screeds
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Cure and seal finished surfaces to ensure strength and durability
- Repair damaged concrete structures using patching materials
- Operate equipment such as jackhammers and grinders to break up old concrete or remove excess material

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Valid work permit or visa for Norway
