Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing new systems and processes, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining production schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and providing recommendations for cost reduction. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Identify potential risks or challenges in production processes and develop contingency plans
- Conduct time studies to determine optimum staffing levels and resource allocation
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analyze data effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology or other process improvement techniques
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software

Salary: 1100$
Location: Lusail (without accommodation)
