Formworker for Construction Company in Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Formworker to join our construction team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up concrete forms for various construction projects. This is an ideal position for someone without experience or English language skills, as we provide on-the-job training and accommodation. We also offer visa sponsorship for Indian candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and set up concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk, or marking gauges
- Cut materials to specified sizes using hand tools or power saws
- Assemble and fasten materials together to construct framework or supports
- Align and straighten formwork panels to ensure they are plumb, level, and square
- Install tie rods, scaffolds, braces, or other supports as needed
- Pour concrete into forms according to specified thickness and level it using trowels or screeds
- Remove forms after concrete has hardened and clean them for reuse

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (basic understanding required)
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools is an asset

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided by the company at no cost.
