Slinger (Egyptian Nationals in Eldoret)

We are currently seeking experienced Egyptian Slingers to join our team in Eldoret. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the movement of materials on construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials to their designated locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of materials using hand signals and radios
- Ensure that materials are delivered to their designated locations safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and crane operators
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and report any issues or delays to superiors

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national currently living in Eldoret, Kenya
- Previous experience as a Slinger or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (basic proficiency)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Valid certification as a Slinger or similar job training is an asset but not required
