We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Slinger to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy objects on construction sites using cranes or other lifting equipment. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$, and no prior experience or English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate cranes or other lifting equipment to move heavy objects on construction sites
- Work closely with the crane operator to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with the crane operator
- Inspect lifting equipment for any defects or malfunctions before use
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Good communication skills, with the ability to use hand signals or radios effectively
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
