Project Coordinator - Construction Management (Indian Nationals)

We are a leading construction company based in El-Ain, seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or delays
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Salary: AED 900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: El-Ain, UAE
