Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Identify potential risks and develop solutions to minimize them
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Monitor compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and quality of work
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.
