Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager in Plovdiv. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the construction industry. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior management team in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budget reports, and progress reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any potential issues or delays, and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and communicate updates to the senior management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in construction or project management is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for site visits if necessary
