Skilled Handyman in Shan, India

We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team in Shan, India. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing or building shelves, cabinets, and furniture
- Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Conduct electrical repairs including changing light fixtures and outlets
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and cleaning gutters
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with tenants or management professionally
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor if required
