As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries and resolving issues through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, or social media channels
- Provide accurate information and guidance on products or services offered
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns in a timely manner
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of online communication platforms
