Secretary - Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Secretary - Administrative Assistant to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Secretary - Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience as a secretary or administrative assistant and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
