Hotel Sales Manager (Riyadh)


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitors' activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Riyadh. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.

Preferred Nationalities:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Canadian citizens or residents.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
