Experienced Baker in Chelyabinsk, Russia

Our bakery in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual who can prepare a wide variety of baked goods while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bakery and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are made according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Handle customer orders with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- 2+ years of experience working as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and scaling recipes
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot environment
- Fluent English speaker preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
