A well-established architectural firm in Izhevsk, Russia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. This position is ideal for an Egyptian national looking to work abroad or a foreigner with a passion for architecture and an interest in Russian culture. No English language skills are required for this role.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in design, construction methods, and materials will be essential in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project teams and provide guidance to junior architects
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and quality of work
- Conduct research on new materials, construction methods, and design trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Excellent technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Russia or willingness to learn them
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
