We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and finish products with toppings, icings, and fillings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet customer expectations
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and kitchen area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy ingredients

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The bakery is located in Kaunas city center. This job does not require English language skills. It is suitable for both men and women. Accommodation is not provided but free visa sponsorship and flight tickets will be provided for foreign employees.
