Excavator Operator


We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Malindi. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to move materials, load trucks, and perform other tasks as needed
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately complete tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and any incidents or accidents that may occur

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction environment
- Valid operator's license for excavators
- Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently

Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those with a valid visa for working in Malindi. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
