Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their journey. This includes assisting with booking reservations, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an overall positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon embarkation
- Assist with booking reservations and itinerary changes
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on onboard activities and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Location: Ar-Ruwais (Indian nationality preferred)
Salary: $1100 per month
