In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to gather data on existing and potential land sites. You will use specialized equipment to measure and map the area, including topography, boundaries, and other features. Your main duties will include analyzing survey data, creating maps and reports, and ensuring accuracy of all collected information. You must have strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to be successful in this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maps
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant software programs

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Measure and map the area's topography, boundaries, utilities, structures, etc.
- Analyze collected data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare detailed maps, reports, and drawings based on survey findings
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, or government officials on projects that require land surveys
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveys
