Office Assistant - Albena, Bulgaria
Our office in Albena is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position does not require English language proficiency, making it suitable for non-native speakers. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and welcome candidates from all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
