Project Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given budget and timeline. You will also be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage the project team to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep it on track
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: $1700 per month
