Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of formworkers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the required standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in formwork construction. You will be based in Vilnius and will be working on a full-time basis with a salary of 1400$. This position is suitable for men who have strong English skills and are looking for part-time work that is suitable for their schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Train new team members on proper formwork techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule work, ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure work meets standards
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during construction process
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job site

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in formwork construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of formwork systems, including traditional timber, steel, and more modern systems such as aluminum or plastic forms
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours if required
