We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the gardens and grounds of our clients' properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and caring for various types of plants, flowers, and trees
- Trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs, and trees
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing, weeding, aerating, and edging
- Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Assisting with landscaping projects as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed
