Executive Chef



We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Manama. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating, planning and executing menus that showcase our culinary expertise and exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to different tastes and dietary restrictions
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste management to achieve profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus benefits. The final salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in the vibrant city of Manama. While we prefer candidates who are already residing in Bahrain or have prior experience working here, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate.
