Administrator
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is suitable for men with Indian nationality who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Support staff by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and manage inventory
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Indian nationality preferred
