Construction Site Manager

As a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Albena, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with a team of contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution. Your duties will include planning and scheduling project activities, monitoring progress, managing budgets and resources, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is suitable for men with their own visa willing to work part-time without accommodation. No English language skills are required for this position. Salary for this role is $1000 per month.
