Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Albena. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with contractors and subcontractors; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; and providing regular updates to stakeholders. This role does not provide accommodation, so the candidate must be able to secure their own visa for working in Albena. This position is suitable for men who are willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
