We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Akron on a contract basis. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to safety protocols and industry standards
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best location for solar panels
- Work with electrical team to connect solar systems to the electrical grid
- Troubleshoot any issues with solar systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field preferred
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to read blueprints
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in the United States

Salary: 1300$ per week (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Akron, Ohio (Indians preferred)
