Executive Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khanpur. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating and implementing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create and implement menus that showcase the best of local and international cuisine
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative dishes while adhering to budget constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments as well as guests
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to food handling
and sanitation
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends,
and holidays

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification in Food Safety/HACCP is an asset
