As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing desserts and pastries that will delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design new dessert and pastry menu items
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Ensure all desserts and pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the pastry kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Creative flair and passion for creating visually appealing desserts
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Salary:
