Senior Architect - Las Vegas


We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. This position requires exceptional creativity, technical skills, and leadership abilities to oversee and manage various architectural projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Architect, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting all design requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural plans, designs, and specifications for new construction projects as well as renovations and additions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for each project
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to keep them updated on project status
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles into projects when applicable
- Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit is required; knowledge of BIM is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the state of Nevada is preferred
