Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead a team of contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to keep them on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills

Location:
This is a contract job located in Faisalabad. All applicants must have a valid biometric passport.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Note:
This position is open to all nationalities. Experience is not required but preferred.
