Job Title: Crane Operator


We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect crane before and after use to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate lifts and movements
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including materials lifted and hours worked
- Follow specific hand signals or radio commands from ground crew or riggers
- Perform routine maintenance on crane, such as lubricating moving parts and checking fluid levels
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes, preferably in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification from recognized institution
- Ability to read and interpret load charts and blueprints
- Knowledge of proper rigging techniques for different types of loads
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination for operating controls
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
