IT Manager


Our company, based in Acre, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient and effective operation of the company's technology systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve business processes
- Ensure data security protocols are in place and followed by all employees
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or outages
- Monitor and manage the company's budget for technology expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or relevant position
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network management, security protocols, database administration, and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals
- Fluency in English is required
