Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Bungoma. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Ability to memorize orders quickly and accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $900/month

Location: Bungoma, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred

Language Skills: English fluency preferred
