Moderator for Online Discussion Forum
Location: Moscow, Russia
Salary: $1000 per month


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Moderator to manage our online discussion forum. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the forum runs smoothly by monitoring and guiding discussions, enforcing rules and guidelines, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions on the forum to ensure they are respectful and on-topic
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users
- Address any conflicts or issues between users in a professional manner
- Keep track of user activity and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
- Engage with users by responding to questions, providing guidance, and encouraging discussions
- Collaborate with other moderators to create new rules or guidelines as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news related to the forum's topic to provide valuable insights to users

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience moderating an online discussion forum or similar online community platform
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of internet etiquette and best practices for managing online communities
- Familiarity with the topic of the forum (e.g. gaming, fashion, cooking) is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other moderators
