Formwork Technician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Technician to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling formwork structures on construction sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and fit materials to formwork specifications
- Assemble formwork components using hand and power tools
- Install tie rods, braces, anchor bolts, and other necessary supports
- Pour concrete into formwork structures according to specifications
- Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Inspect formwork for defects or damage and make repairs as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in carpentry or construction preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Formworker or Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods of time, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Fluent in Russian; knowledge of English is an asset

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. We welcome applications from individuals of any nationality but preference will be given to Indian or Kenyan candidates.
