Merchandiser

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies for our company's products. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of the retail industry. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profit
- Plan and execute product displays in retail stores
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for inventory management
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Travel to different locations for store visits, set-up, and product launches

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not currently residing in Israel
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
