Senior Architectural Technologist

We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Porto, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings.
- Prepare construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and analyze project specifications to determine project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide support and guidance to junior architectural technologists on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. Remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
