Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper presentation and inventory management of products in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to monitor and analyze sales trends, as well as collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores on a regular basis to ensure the proper display and availability of products
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future product orders
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends
- Communicate with the sales team to provide updates on product availability and sales performance
- Train store employees on how to properly display and merchandise products
- Assist in creating visual displays for promotions or special events
- Ensure that all products are priced correctly and have accurate shelf labels
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking when necessary
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers regarding products or displays

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, sales team, and store employees
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Al Buraymi, Oman

This position is open for Indian or Filipino nationals who do not require English proficiency. Accommodation will be provided. Applicants must hold a biometric passport.
