Merchandiser

Our company in Al Buraymi is in search of a skilled and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating appealing product displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring that our products are properly represented in retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with retail store managers to ensure proper placement of products
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing for products
- Train store employees on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper representation of products
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for product displays
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
