Sales Manager - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the biometric passport industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the biometric passport industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain.
