We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building regulations and codes, as well as excellent technical skills in AutoCAD and other design software. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans and drawings based on client needs and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software.
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates on progress.
- Train and mentor junior architectural technologists.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural technologist.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language proficiency is a plus).
- Experience in project management is preferred.
