Architectural Technologist - Clairvaux, Egypt


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux, Egypt. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing buildings and collect accurate measurements
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the construction process
- Oversee contractors and provide guidance during the construction phase
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that construction is in accordance with design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Egypt
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
