We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Moscow. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the growth of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization. Indians with good English proficiency are preferred, however all nationalities are welcome to apply. Visa and ticket will be provided for selected candidates. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes
- Stay updated on new technologies relevant to the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, database management, etc.
- In-depth understanding of budgeting and business operations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
