Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments or modifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Moscow. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
