Senior Architect - Washington, USA



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects, ensuring that they meet all client requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Develop architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided by the company. We also provide free visa sponsorship for international candidates.
