Junior Architectural Designer


We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Las Vegas, currently seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our experienced team of architects and designers on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and design, has strong design skills, and is looking to gain valuable experience in the field. No previous experience is required, but proficiency in relevant software and a biometric passport are preferred. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects and designers in developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings
- Create 3D models using relevant software
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and functional designs
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Prepare presentation materials such as renderings, diagrams, and drawings
- Ensure that all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
