Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is required
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing data
- Ability to travel within Qatar as needed
- Valid residence visa or ability to obtain one
