Job Title: Sales Manager - Lusail



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1700$ per month
